The Dunlin (Calidris alpine) is a common shore bird along the Pacific Coast of British Columbia. This medium-sized sandpiper winters along the shores of Vancouver Island and BC. It is often observed doing beautiful aerial acrobatics, especially at sunset.
Welcome to my FAA portfolio. I hope you like what you see. Photography has been a big part of my life for many years, and as I get older, it is becoming more so. I was born and raised in Denmark and got to go back and work there for four years recently. I lived in California for many years and now Vancouver Island is where I call home.
