Artist's Description

The Bow Valley Provincial Park is a little jewel of a park located right alongside the Trans Canada Highway between Calgary and Banff. It was established as a park in 1959 and is one of the Kananaskis system of parks, right where the Kananaskis River flows into the Bow River. The mountain views looking west back into the rockies are stunning.
