Description
An American Robin, Turdus migratorius, is a common bird in North America. This quintessential early bird is a common sight on lawns tugging worms out of the ground. They are frequent visitors to backyard birdbaths. They are popular because of their beautiful color and for their beautiful song first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Their food consists of insects, worms and berries.
