Description
The dandelion, Taraxacum, is a flower of the Asteraceae family, very common in North and South America and all of Eurasia. They are considered weeds everywhere, though this beautiful, bright yellow flower is completely edible and in China used medicinally.
The seeds of the dandelion are like little parachutes that blow away in the wind.
